The board of directors of National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) appointed Abdulaziz bin Fahad AlKhayal as chairman of the board, and Ali bin Mohammed AlSaflan as vice chairman, for a 3-year term started Nov. 29, 2019.
According to a statement on Tadawul, the board of directors also formed a number of committees including: -
-Executive Committee, chaired by Abdulaziz bin Fahad AlKhayal, and membership of Ali AlSaflan, Raed AlHukail and Mohammed Alkathiri.
-Nominations and Compensation committee, chaired by Mohammed AlKhaldi, and membership of Ali Alsaflan, Baker AlMuhana, and Raed AlHukail.
-Investment Committee, chaired by Baker AlMuhana, and membership of Abdulaziz bin Fahad AlKhayal, Ahmed AlMohsin, Mohammed AlSaddiri, and AbdulRahman bin Abdulaziz bin Sulaiman.
The board also recommended to set up a review committee, and present the candidates to the general assembly to vote.
The generally assembly will be invited at a later stage and will be announced upon receiving all regulatory approvals.
