Aljazira Mawten REIT Fund announced terminating a contract with Mawten Real Estate Co. to operate, maintain and market the fund’s warehousing projects, Aljazira Capital, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.
The asset will be received ahead of the expiration date of the three-month notice period.
No material impact is expected from the deal termination, the statement added.
