The total value of assets held by investment funds in Saudi Arabia grew by 9% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to SAR 137.24 billion in Q3 2019, data issued by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) showed.
The rise was driven by a 13% increase in foreign assets, while local assets rose by 8%.
