Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) announced that its board of director accepted today the resignation of managing director, Saad Al Azwari, effective as of Dec. 31, 2019, the company said in bourse statement.
The resignation was submitted on Dec. 10 for personal reasons.
Al Azwari will maintain his position as a board member, the statement added.
