The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) has implemented the securities quantity increase for AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Thursday, December 19, according to a bourse filing.
Earlier this week, the company's shareholders approved an 11.11% capital hike to SAR 500 million from SAR 450 million through the issuance of bonus shares.
