Saudi Marketing Co. (Farm Superstores) renewed credit facility agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), amounting to SAR 112 million, it said in a bourse filing.
The amount will be used to finance the working capital and cover the capital expenditures of the new branches.
The duration of the agreement is from Dec. 8, 2019 to Jan. 31, 2021, and the company has submitted a promissory note as a guarantee for it.
