National Gas & Industrialization Co.’s (GASCO) shareholders are set to vote on amending bylaws during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on January 27, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will vote on amending bylaws related to the company’s establishment and objectives, its ownership in other firms, as well as the powers of board chairman and other members.
They will also vote on other items on the meeting agenda including delegating the board to distribute dividend for FY 2020 and electing audit committee members for the upcoming 3 years.
