Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announced on Thursday that its board of directors appointed Abdallah Bin Saleh Bin Jumaah as an independent board member from Jan. 9 to Oct. 24, 2020.
In addition, the board also appointed Bin Jumaah as the member of the nomination and remuneration committee, the company said in a bourse filing. The term will end on Oct. 24.
Jumaah is the Saudi Arabian Oil Company’s (Saudi Aramco) former president and CEO as well as a board member.
He is a board member of Zamil Industries Company, Hassana Investment Company, Saudi Arabian Airlines, and chairs the Saudi Investment Bank, the statement noted.
