Riyadh’s court of appeal rejected the statement of claim submitted by the attorney general against National Gas & Industrialization Co. (GASCO) for the gas tanker explosion that occurred in November 2012.
GASCO said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday that it will not be able to determine the financial impact at present.
GASCO’s gas tanker near Riyadh exploded in November 2012 resulting in significant human and material losses.
The court has previously issued a preliminary judgment denying GASCO’s liability for the incident.
