Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. (Enaya) inked an agreement with International Medical Center to provide medical insurance services to the latter’s staff and their dependents as of Feb. 1, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
The one-year contract value exceeds 5% of Enaya's total revenue according to the latest approved financial statements for the fiscal year 2018, the statement added.
In an addendum announcement, the company said the total value of the contract is SAR 33.1 million.
Enaya expected the contract to have a positive impact on its financial results for 2020, noting that Faisal F. Tamer is a related party.
