Ataa Educational Co. will distribute cash dividend for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2019, on Jan. 29, 2020, through Bank Aljazira, it said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
On Jan. 21, the company’s board approved distributing cash dividend at 10%, or SAR 1 per share, totaling SAR 40 million for FY 18/19.
