Aljazira Mawten REIT Fund signed an agreement to lease warehouse No. 1 in block 4 in Al-Khumra, Jeddah for 2 years starting from March 20, 2020 until March 19, 2022, the fund manager Aljazira Capital said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The lease value stood at SAR 853,656 per annum.
The deal will have a positive financial impact on the fund’s 2020 financials, the statement added.
