Al Jouf Cement Co. invited shareholders to attend its extraordinary general assembly (EGM) on Feb. 25, it said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Shareholders will vote on amending the company’s articles of incorporation, in addition to changing the company's objectives to include production of all types of cement.
The meeting's agenda also includes voting on the proposal to amend the remuneration of members of the board of directors and the committees affiliated with the board and the executive management
