The Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC) approved on Tuesday National Co. for Learning and Education’s (NCLE) acquisition of Riyadh-based Al-Khwarizmi Co. for Education, according to the authority’s statement.
GAC also greenlighted NCLE’s acquisition of Al-Ghad National Schools.
In November 2019, NCLE signed two agreements to fully acquire Al-Khwarizmi for SAR 30 million and Al-Ghad Schools for SAR 36.7 million.
