The National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) signed a one-year agreement with The Company For Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) to provide health insurance coverage for its employees for SAR 20.8 million, it said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.
The deal is a related party transaction as board member Raed bin Abdullah Al Tamimi is also a board member at the insurance company, the statement added.
