Alujain Holding Corp. (Alujain Holding) invited shareholders to vote on terminating the current board term on March 10, the company said in a bourse statement on Monday.
They will also vote on electing board members for a new 3-year term, starting from the date of approving the first agenda item.
Independent members will be replaced by the non-independent members according to the number of votes they will obtain in case the voting results do not enable the company to appoint the minimum number of independent members on the board, the statement also said.
