Shareholders of Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) will vote on March 15 on withholding dividends for fiscal year 2019, the company said in a bourse statement on Monday.
The general assembly will also discuss financial statements, as well as the audit and board’s reports for the same year.
Other items on the agenda include discharging board members from liability and the board remuneration for FY 2019.
