Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company today listed sukuk worth $400 million (SAR 1.5 billion) on Nasdaq Dubai.
The total sukuks listed on Nasdaq increased to $2 billion following the last listing in 2019 worth $600 million, along with 2 others in 2017 and 2018 worth $500 million each, the bourse said in a statement.
According to data compiled by Argaam, Dar Al Arkan successfully closed the issuance of its seventh tranche as part of the Shariah compliant dollar denominated sukuk worth $400 million (SAR1.5 billion).
