Qassim Cement Co.’s shareholders approved the distributed cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019 (FY2019) during the general assembly meeting held on March 4, 2020.
Shareholders have also approved delegating the board of directors to distribute dividend for FY2020 on a quarterly basis.
Meanwhile, they approved discharging board members from liabilities during FY2019, in addition to other items on the meeting agenda including related party transactions.
