Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) ’s board of directors appointed Essa bin Yaslam Baessa as an independent board member, effective today, March 26, the company said in a bourse statement.
The new appointment will be submitted for approval in the upcoming general assembly meeting.
