Raydan Cuisines and Restaurants Co. announced its inability to publish financial statements for the fiscal year 2019 within the specified period, the company said in a bourse statement today.
The company further explained that it is still in the process of providing the external auditor with more information on its consolidated financial statements.
Financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2019 are expected to be published before April 15, 2020, after completing the audit procedures, the statement added.
The company also said that trading suspension might be applied according to the listing rules announced by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on March 25, 2019.
