Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company announced in a bourse statement today that the 15% interim cash dividend will now be distributed on April 12 instead of April 23, 2020.
However, there will be no change in the due date specified at the end of trading on Thursday, April 1, 2020.
According to data compiled by Argaam, the company’s board of directors decided to distribute 15% interim cash dividend to shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2019, at SAR 1.5 per share, amounting to SAR 135 million.
