Alinma Tokio Marine Co. renewed a general insurance agreement with Abdul Latif Jameel Group for 1 year, effective from today April 1, for a total value of SAR 30 million.
The company said in a bourse statement that the insurance installments represent over 5% of the firm’s revenue according to its annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2019.
The insurer expects the agreement to have a positive impact on the company’s FY2020 earnings.
No related parties are involved in the deal, the statement added.
