Najran Cement Co.'s shareholders authorized the board of directors to pay interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.
Record as well as payment dates were also determined during the meeting in line with the Companies Law, as well as Najran Cement’s financial position, cash flows and expansion plans.
Shareholders also approved contracts with both Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Co. And FAL Holdings, the statement added.
