Baazeem Trading Co. will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on April 30, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders of record on April 16, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.
Last week, the company’s shareholders approved a cash dividend of 16% for FY2019, at SAR 1.6 per share, according to data compiled by Argaam.
