Jazan Energy and Development Co.’s (JAZADCO) shareholders approved audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019 during the general assembly meeting held on April 20, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders also approved the board report for FY2019 and discharged board members from liabilities during the same period.
In addition, they appointed an external auditor to audit the company’s financials for FY2020 and Q1 2021.
Shareholders further approved amending the remuneration policy of the board of directors and its sub-committees.
