Knowledge Economic City Co.’s shareholders will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019 during the general assembly meeting that will be held on May 14, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period as well as discharging members of the board of directors from liabilities during FY 2019.
Meanwhile, they will vote on other items in the meeting’s agenda including appointing external auditor to audit the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3 2020, annual financials for 2020 and Q1 2021.
During the meeting, they will also vote on granting the board of directors the powers of the general assembly for 1 year or until the end of the current term, whichever is closer.
In addition, they will vote on appointing Walid Al Eissa as non-executive board member effective from April 29, 2019 until the end of the current term on July 27, 2021.
