Arab National Bank (ANB) denied social media reports related to an investor’s claim for incurring SAR 10 billion losses, it said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.
The bank said that it was not involved in any transaction with the investor, adding that the latter has filed 3 claims against the bank at the Board of Grievances, Dammam General Court, and General Court in Riyadh, where all were inadmissible.
ANB further stressed that are no pending lawsuits.
The bank added that it reserves the right to seek legal measures against all parties that publish such news by all means.
