Shareholders of Arabian Pipes Co. will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2019 during the general meeting that will be held on June 3, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also discuss the board report for the same period and the appointment of an external auditor for the period from Q2 2020 to Q1 2021.
Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty system will be able to participate and vote on the agenda items as of Sunday, May 31.
On March 16, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) issued circular enabling shareholders to participate and vote on general meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus, Argaam earlier reported.
