Shareholders of Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Co. are set to vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual and quarterly basis for the fiscal year 2020, in the general meeting scheduled for June 2.
Shareholders will also vote on discharging board members from liabilities for FY2019, along with other agenda items, the real estate developer said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
