Anaam International Holding Group Co. submitted today a request to increase capital through a rights issue to the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
Any updates in this regard will be announced in a timely manner, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.
In February, Anaam’s board of directors amended its capital hike recommendation to SAR 90 million from SAR 75 million through a rights issue, to finance future plans, projects and expand various activities.
