Bawan Co.’s shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year 2020, during its general assembly meeting held on May 13.
The decision will be implemented in line with the company's financial position, cash flow and expansion plans, the company said in a bourse statement.
