Arabian Centres Co.’s board of directors approved the appointment of Faisal Abdullah Al Jedaie as the new CEO effective today May 17, 2020.
The appointment follows the resignation of the previous CEO, Olivier Nougarou, from his position on May 14, citing personal reasons.
The company said in a statement to Tadawul that Al Jedaie has a wide-ranging experience in business management, spanning 30 years in retail and fashion.
The newly appointed CEO is currently chairman of Thobe Al Aseel Co. and a member of the board of directors of Al Mubarak Real Estate Income Fund.
