Batic Investments and Logistics Co.'s board of directors approved the resignation of Chief Executive Officer, Majed Abdullah Sulaiman Al Issa, the company said in a bourse filing.
Al Issa will maintain the position of the company's Vice Chairman, the statement added.
The board appointed Abdullah Al Hassan as a Chief Executive officer as of June 1, 2020.
