Saudi Ceramic Co. approved the resignation of Managing Director, Abdul Karim Al Nafie, and appointed Majed Al Essa as the company's Chief Executive Officer, effective as of June 1, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
Al Nafie will maintain his position as Vice Chairman and executive committee member.
Al Essa has more than 20 years of extensive experience and held several positions in investment and industrial companies including Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) and Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF).
