10 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.

1) Sumou Real Estate Co.’s board of directors recommended a 10% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 25 million.

2) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced the listing and trading units of AlBilad Gold ETF as an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) from June 2, 2020 under the symbol 9405.

3) Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) posted a plunge of 96% year-on-year (YoY) in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 1 million for the first quarter of 2020.

4) Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. narrowed net loss after Zakat and tax by 30% to SAR 510,000 for Q1 2020.

5) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. (Al-Khodari) received a letter of request from a group of shareholders, who own about 5.007% shares of the company's capital, to dismiss three board members.

6) Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. widened its net loss by more than threefold YoY to SAR 131.3 million in Q1 2020.

7) United Electronics Co. (eXtra) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 34.7 million for Q1 2020, surging 3% YoY. 

8) Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Co. signed two agreements with Bank Aljazira to renew the real estate financing portfolio protection contract and the collective protection plan for the bank's employees. 

9) Saudi Ceramic Co. approved the resignation of managing director, Abdul Karim Al Nafie, and appointed Majed Al Essa as the company's new CEO.

10) Brent crude on Monday declined 20 cents to reach $37.64 per barrel. WTI Crude also decreased 16 cents to reach $35.33/bbl.
