8 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.

1) The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced the listing and trading units of AlBilad Gold ETF as an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) as of June 2, under the symbol 9405.

2) Arab Sea Information System Co. opened the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting Sept. 17, 2020.

3) Saudi Cable Co. signed a credit facility rescheduling agreement with its previous commercial lender, Al Rajhi Bank, for SAR 264.2 million.

4) Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s shareholders approved a SAR 40 million capital hike to SAR 200 million from SAR 160 million.

5) Shareholders of Basic Chemical Industries Co. (BCI) approved, on June 1, withholding dividend for Q4 2019.

6) Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development Co. (Al Hokair Group) shareholders approved, on June 1, financial statements, board's report, and auditor's report for fiscal year 2019.

7) Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on June 16, 2020.

8) Brent crude on Wednesday gained 50 cents to reach $40.07 per barrel. WTI Crude also increased 75 cents to reach $37.56/bbl.
