The Capital Market Authority (CMA) enabled shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty System in line with the government’s efforts to prevent spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
According to the data available on Argaam, this is the first time that Sumou distributes dividends since listing on the parallel market on May 11, 2020.
