The Q1 2020 earnings disclosure period for Tadawul-listed companies ends today, June 22, 2020, as per the deadline set by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for announcing results.
The first-quarter earnings disclosure period started on April 1, 2020.
CMA extended the regulatory period for disclosing Q1 financial statements for 20 additional days to be within 50 days, in line with the Kingdom's precautionary measures to curb the COVID-19 outbreak.
A total of 167 listed companies have so far disclosed Q1 2020 financial statements, excluding companies running a different fiscal year (Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (SADAFCO), Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (Atheeb Telecom), Tihama Advertising & Public Relations Co. (Tihama), Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Al Hokair), Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co., Makkah Construction and Development Co. (MCDC), National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE), Ataa Educational Co., Abdulla Saad Abo Moati For Bookstore Co. (Abo Moati), and Arabian Centres).
Meanwhile, six Tadawul-listed companies have not yet published their financial results for Q1 2020, namely Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC), Al Gassim Investment Holding Co. (GACO), Alujain Holding Corporation, Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co., National Agriculture Marketing Co. (Thimar), and Saudi Indian Cooperative Insurance Co. (Wafa Insurance).
