National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) said it was unable to disclose Q1 2020 financial results within the regulatory period.
The company cited, in a statement to Tadawul on Monday, that it has not yet finalized its preliminary financial statements for the first nine months of 2019 and fiscal year 2019, due to fulfilling the external auditor’s requirements.
The Q1 2020 financial statements will be issued, immediately after finalizing the Q3 and Q4 2019 results, the statement concluded.
