Al-Samaani Factory For Metal Industries Co.'s daily trading fluctuation limit after its capital increase will be based on a share price of SAR 72.60 as of today, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.
The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the additional shares into the investor’s portfolios by June 30, the statement added.
In May, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved a request from the company to increase its capital from SAR 15 million to SAR 25 million through issuing 1 bonus share for every 1.5 shares held.
