Saudi Fisheries Co.’s remaining rights issue shares were 489.39% oversubscribed, with a total value of SAR 72.67 million from 4.75 million shares at SAR 15.30 per share, the company said in a bourse filing.
The net proceeds from the rights issue and fractional shares is SAR 25.17 million, the company noted, emphasizing that the new shares will be added into shareholders accounts on July 2, 2020.
The company’s rights issue was 84.11% subscribed, as investors pumped SAR 25.14 million into 251.4 million shares.
