Bank AlJazira appointed Khalifa bin Abdullatif bin Abdullah Al-Mulhem as an independent board member, after receiving the approval from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).
His appointment will be effective from today, June 29, until Dec. 31, 2021, the bank said in a bourse statement.
Al-Mulhem holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in the United States, and has nearly 30 years of experience in the banking and commercial sectors.
