Mulkia Investment Co. announced the availability of semi-annual valuation reports for Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund for the first half of 2020, it said in a bourse statement.
The reports are prepared by two independent valuers, ESTNAD Real Estate valuation office and Valie Real Estate Valuation, which are licensed by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers.
