Shares of Yanbu National Petrochemical Co. (Yansab) and units of Musharaka REIT Fund have their ex-dividend today, July 9, 2020.
In May, Yansab’s board of directors recommended a 12.5% cash dividend for the first half of 2020, at SAR 1.25 per share, amounting to SAR 703.13 million, to be paid on July 26, 2020.
Musharaka REIT’s fund manager, Musharaka Capital, said that the fund would pay 3.5% cash dividends to unit holders for H1 2020, at SAR 0.35 per unit, amounting to SAR 30.8 million.
The amount will be paid to shareholders within 15 days from record date.
