Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund appointed Kwok Hansim as a non-independent board member and Majed Kareem as an independent board member effective July 12, 2020, Swicorp, the fund manager, said in a bourse statement on Monday.
Separately, Abdullah Saud Al-Kulaibi resigned as a non-independent board member effective July 12, the statement added.
