Units of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund have its ex-dividend today, July 14, 2020.
The fund manager Mulkia Investment said that Mulkia Gulf REIT will pay a 1% cash dividend for the 4-month period from March 1, 2020, until June 30, 2020, at SAR 0.10 per unit.
The amount will be paid to shareholders within 15 days from record date.
