Alujain Corp. cancelled the memorandum of understanding (MoU) to acquire the non-listed National Fertilizers Co. (Mobi) due to a failure to reach an agreement between two parties.
The company said in a bourse statement that the move will have no financial impact on the its financials, and no associated costs.
In July 2019, Alujain Corp. signed a six-month non-binding agreement to acquire Mobi. The deal was extended for six months starting from Jan. 4, 2020.
