Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.’s (Alhokair) shareholders will vote, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for August 12, on electing a new board of directors for the next three-year term ending August 22, 2023, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
They will also vote on the formation of an audit committee for the three-year term ending August 22, 2023, in addition to determining its tasks and remuneration.
During the meeting, shareholders will vote on the board’s report from June 30, 2020 until August 12, 2020.
They will further vote on the board’s decision of appointing Eid Falih Al-Shamri, independent member, as a board member as of October 23, 2019 until June 30, 2020.
