Saudi Aramco is set to transfer the bonus shares into the portfolio accounts of eligible Saudi retail investors on Saturday, July 25, 2020.
Eligible Saudi retail bonus investors, who continuously and uninterruptedly hold offer shares the date on which Aramco’s shares debuted on Tadawul until the end of trading on June 7 (the end of the bonus shares holding period), will be entitled to receive 1 share for every 10 allocated offer shares, provided that the number of shares does not exceed 100 bonus shares.
